I am looking for a very clean and quiet Student or a mature working Adult who will respect my home and privacy .
I have a furnished bedroom with private newly renovated bath room .With the bedroom you will have access to a bright family room completely furnished with a large window and a 52 inch TV with Netflix .All is inclusive. You will have access to laundry and a kitchenette. I will consider letting the right person having access to my kitchen but must be very clean and neat.
I will supply all bedding and bath towels.
First and last months rent due on move in day, and a cleared vulnerable sector check.
If you are a serious student this would be an ideal home .I live alone and am a quiet person. And I would be more than happy to make you a home cooked meal a couple of times a week.
No cats but will consider a small dog.
I am about 10 min by bus to Algonquin collage ,easy access to the bus .Walking distance to Tim Horton's, the Nepean sports plex ,bicycle path and the green belt.
House keeping will be done once a week in the common areas
No Parking Street parking only
