220g starphire aquarium with custom wooden stand - limited time in West Guilford, Ontario for sale

I'm moving and need to sell my 220 gallon tank. I'm willing to give a really good deal on the whole thing if you are willing to buy it up by the end of the week.

Front: 12mm starphire glass
Back/sides: 12mm regular glass
Bottom: 19mm regular glass
2 internal greylite overflows
4 holes in the bottom of overflow boxes, 1" and 1.5" in each

In addition, I have available a 72" T5 light fixture for the tank with 8x80W bulbs and additional 8 spare bulbs. It has 12 blue LED moonlight with adjustable brightness.
I also have about 100 kg of nice neutral river sand/substrate I used in the tank.
So, the the following are the prices (regular asking price/deal price - deal price is available only if paid in full and all the equipment is picked up by Thursday, Jan 23)
220g tank + stand + lid: $1500 / $1000 (Paid $2500)
72" T5 light fixture with 8 6400K bulbs: $400 / $300 (Paid $650)
8x spare T5 6400K bulbs: $160 / $120 (Paid $200)
Substrate: $100 / $80 (Paid $200+)
So, the asking price is $2160 (I paid $3550). But you can have it all for $1500 if you pay for it before the end of the day Thursday, Jan 23. Or you can have just the tank, lid and stand for just $1000.
If you cannot arrange to have the tank and the stand moved out by the end of the day Thursday, I can store it and you can arrange for transportation at a later date. The tank MUST be moved out by the end of May at the latest. You must pay for everything now to get the discount. Also note that you have to have AT LEAST 4 men to carry the tank out (5 or 6 would be easier) and a truck or a large van.
