BEDROOM/BATHROOM/DEN summer sublet near Algonquin College in West Guilford, Ontario

Hi, I'm looking to sublet my room to for the summer. I live in a house with 3 other young adults. The house is newly renovated and the bedroom is brand new and on a floor by itself along with a new bathroom. The rental would also include a private den area with a couch, plus access to all the common areas in the home.
Our home is close to Algonquin college and would be ideal for college students. It's about a 10-minute bus ride to Algonquin College and a short ride downtown.
